Friday Speed work

My first attempt at speed work for a few weeks. Wasnt too bad, but i did struggle. 3km warm up then stretches at Tunks park. Then 8 x 3 minutes hard, 1 minute walk recovery. 3km warm down. The first one i felt like i was about 50, but improved on the next few once the legs got going. The ankle hurt at times, but pretty happy with the session. About 14km all up.

Hah! No more secret training! Running to and from work is a bit hard core - you must be doing well over 100kms per week.
