Thursday Intervals
Did the same session as last thursday. 1 warm up loop, then 5 x loop with 2 min recovery. the times went 6.23, 6.29, 6.25, 6.22, 6.19. Legs felt great. Best they have for ages. The speed is coming back. 16km
