Tuesday Intervals

Lunchtime session at tunks park. Pretty hot and humid, but legs felt good after an easy day yesterday. Same session as last week. But i decided to time each repartition. Pretty consistent, 3.53, 3.53, 3.53, 3.54, 3.52, 3.52, 3.53, 3.50. With 1 min recovery. Easily the best speed session ive done for months. I think things might be starting to come together. But ive got a nasty blood blister on my left ankle. 14km

Mate, you're going to have to speed up those 1km reps if you want to get under 35 minutes for a 10km.

Are you running Lane Cove on Sat? Hope to see you give Tucks a good run for his money. I'll be manning the water stop at the half-way point.

where did you get 1km reps from? ive never measured the distance im too scared. i hope its over 1km. if not im in real strife. wont be running on saturday. ill wait till march at north head.
